Sales and Promotions at Sephora! August 2013

Hi everyone! I thought I would take a minute and let y’all know about some sales/promotions going on right now at Sephora!

SEPHORA BY OPI NAIL COLORS:

All Sephora by OPI nail polish are 3 for $10! Selection is limited, so get to your local Sephora to pick some up! These polishes normally retail for $9.50, so this is a great deal. They are also on sale online for $4.50 each, which is also a great deal.

OPI is my favorite brand of nail polish, the formula is really creamy, and it never streaks. They have a great color selection. I picked up 3 colors, a purple cream color, a metallic gold, and a copper glitter topcoat.

BEAUTY INSIDER 100-point perks for August:

If you don’t know about Sephora’s Reward Program, you need to sign up! It is a rewards card where you get a point for every dollar you spend at Sephora. Once you get 100 points, they have little sample size products that you can redeem your points for. If you save your points, they also have 500 point perks.

I had about 275 points accumulated, so I redeemed by points for a mini Deborah Lippmann Nail Polish in Happy Birthday, which is a gorgeous multi-colored glitter, and a mini Dior Lip Maximizer with Collagen.

These 100-point perks are a great way to try out high end products without having to pay full price. Sephora is about to start carrying these Deborah Lippmann nail polishes, which retail for $17 at Nordstrom. The Dior Lip Maximizer retails for $31 for the full size at Sephora.

Beauty Insiders also receive a free gift on their birthday! This year the free gift is a Benefit set called Real Birthday Turn-Ons. In this set, you receive a mini Benefit They’re Real Mascara, and a mini Benefit Watt’s Up Highlighter Stick.

I have tried out both of these products before, and they are great products. The mascara is really nice, it gives volume and length without getting flaky. The highlighter is a pretty golden color that gives a slight glow when applied to the cheekbones.
