Hi everyone! Today’s Friday Favorite is the Garnier Fructis Pure Clean Fortifying Shampoo.
I use this shampoo once a week as a clarifying shampoo. Using this once a week takes all of the buildup out of my hair from styling products such as dry shampoo and hairspray. I wash my hair about 3 times a week, so I usually end up using this shampoo along with a thick conditioning mask on Sundays. This shampoo really leaves my hair feeling squeaky clean. Now, I do not have color treated hair, so I am not sure if this shampoo would be stripping or drying to color treated hair.
This shampoo is free from silicones and parabens, and is supposed to leave you will stronger, healthier hair with no weigh down. It claims to provide daily refreshment with no heavy residue and weightless shine.
I would not use this shampoo every day, I think it may start drying your hair out, so I would just use this once a week. It smells like citrus, and it is a clear formula that lathers up really good when you get it into your hair.
It is also very affordable, it usually retails for about $3, and you can find it at drugstores and grocery stores. They also almost always have coupons in the paper every Sunday for Garnier hair products. I have purchased this shampoo probably about 5 times, and I really recommend it if you are looking for a great clarifying shampoo.
