Hi everyone! Hope you are having a great week! Today I want to tell you about The Wet Brush!
My daughter Allison has very curly, very long hair. When her hair is wet, it’s almost all the way down her back! I usually brush her hair 3 times a day to try and keep out the tangles. At bath time, after I wash her hair, no amount of detangler or conditioner will get the tangles out! Maybe it’s because she likes to eat with her hands and then run her fingers through her hair? lol… but I always feel like I am hurting her when I brush her hair, she’s always like “ouch, ouch!”. So anyway, a friend of mine told me to go to Ulta and try out The Wet Brush.
So there were 2 sizes at Ulta, a regular sized brush and this smaller size, perfect for my little bear. The brush feels rubbery, sort of like NARS packaging if you are familiar with that. The bristles are very flexible, and let me tell you, this brush is magic! Last night when I took her out of the bath to brush her hair out, this thing glided through the tangles without so much as an “ouch” from Allie! I was amazed, because usually she complains and whines that it hurts her.
I don’t know how this works, but it does! It gets the tangles out without pulling or tugging at the hair. It comes in a bigger size and I am going to buy one for me as well. I was also reading some reviews online, and a lot of reviewers were saying that it also reduces hair breakage, which is always a good thing! If you are looking for a great detangling brush, you should give this one a shot!
