Hi everyone! Today is my last post for the best products of 2013! Today I am going to be talking about my favorite lip products.

BEST LIP BALM:
Christian Dior Creme de Rose Smoothing Plumping Lip Balm ($27, Sephora)
Ok, I know this is expensive, but I love this stuff. It smells like fresh cut roses, which is my favorite smell in the entire world, and it is pink. It is so moisturizing, and it really heals chapped lips. You get a lot of product, and I really like the packaging. I use this every night before bed, and when I wake up in the morning, my lips are so soft. I just love it.
BEST LIP PRIMER:
MAC Prep + Prime for Lips ($16, MAC)
I only use a lip primer when I am wearing a darker or brighter lip color and I don’t want to have to reapply or touch up throughout the day. This is not a balm; it is a sticky base for lipstick to adhere to. You apply this, and then wait a couple of minutes until it gets tacky, and then apply your lipstick. It won’t budge with this stuff!

BEST HIGH END LIPSTICK:
MAC Lipstick ($15, MAC)
The color pictured here is Lovelorn. I love MAC lipsticks because they smell like vanilla, they are creamy and moisturizing, have great lasting power, and they have a huge range of colors. My favorite finish is the Lustre finish, because they give your lips a nice shine and they go on sheer.
BEST DRUGSTORE LIPSTICK:
Maybelline Color Sensational Lipsticks ($5, drugstores)
The color here is Make Me Pink, which is my favorite of the bunch. These lipsticks are very comparable to MAC, they have tons of colors and the formula is really good. They feel great on the lips.

BEST HIGH END GLOSS:
Christian Dior Addict Gloss ($29.50, Sephora)
The color here is 664, Rose Bikini. This is a beautiful pink color with no shimmer to it. These glosses are great because they aren’t sticky, and they last on the lips for awhile! The color selection of these are so pretty.
BEST DRUGSTORE GLOSS:
NYX Megashine Gloss ($4, ULTA)
These glosses smell so good, like cherry! The color here is my favorite, Tea Rose. This is a neutral, every day pink color. I love the applicator and formula of these, they aren’t sticky and feel really nice on the lips.

That’s it! Those are all my favorite products for 2013! Did you like this series? What do you think of these products?

Thanks for reading, and have a great 2014!!!
