Hi guys! Today I have another MAC lipstick dupe for you. Hug Me is a nude lipstick with more brown than pink to it. This is one of my favorite nude lipsticks, and is definitely a “my lips but better” shade for me. This lipstick is a Lustre, and if you have been reading my blog, you know that the Lustre finish is my favorite finish of MAC lipsticks. They go on sheer, but you can build them up for more color, and they are super shiny. I have been wearing this color a lot recently, and I came across a dupe for it, Maybelline’s Color Sensational Lipstick in Totally Toffee.
Here is a swatch on my hand. Totally Toffee on the left, and Hug Me on the right. As you can see, they are extremely similar!
These Maybelline Color Sensational lipsticks are very similar in the formula to the MAC lipsticks, for about half the price. They are moisturizing and creamy, and you can build them up for more color.
Here they are on my lips. Hug Me is on the top lip, and Totally Toffee is on the bottom.
I know that a lot of nude lipsticks look very similar on the lips, so I swatched a couple of my other nude lipsticks so you could see the differences between them.

MAC’s Creme Cup is the lipstick with the most pink, while Rimmel’s Airy Fairy has a little bit more brown, but not as much as MAC Hug Me. You can also see that Milani’s Nude Creme has a little bit of coral to it. These all look pretty similar in the tubes, but on the skin they look quite a bit different.
