Hi guys! Hope you had a great weekend! Today’s manicure reminds me of those Whoppers Robin Egg Easter candies! This is a light, pastel blue color with specks of blue in it. This color is Nicole By OPI’s On What Grounds? and this is a matte, texturized nail polish. I received this polish in my March IPSY Glambag.
I applied two coats of this to my nails, and it went on thick and kind of gritty. I thought for sure I wasn’t going to like this, but after following it up with a topcoat(I didn’t like the way it looked matte) I actually think it is quite pretty!
It is different, though, the specks aren’t glitter, they are just little blue particles. It kind of reminds me of like blue sand or something. After looking at them, I thought that they really reminded me of those Robin Egg candies that come out during Easter! They look just like that.
