Hey guys!! It’s that time of the month again, I’m going to show you what I got in my June Ipsy Glambag! I was a little bit scared when I grabbed this bag out of the mailbox; it was really light! I am pleased with the products that I received, though 🙂
For those of you who don’t know, Ipsy is a beauty sample subscription box where you pay $10 a month (you can cancel anytime) and they send you a grab bag full of goodies based on your profile every month. Most of the time they send full size products! The value of what is in the box is always over $10, and it’s a great way to try out new products!
This month’s theme is Pretty in Paradise and came with 5 products, 3 of which are full-size! They came in this really cute floral printed bag, that I think I will actually use. It looks like this bag was created by Rebecca Minkoff just for Ipsy, which is awesome!
OFRA Universal Eyebrow Pencil FULL SIZE Value $13
NYX Butter Gloss in Eclair FULL SIZE Value $5
Nicka K New York Shimmer Eyeliner in Blue FULL SIZE Value $5
My daughter always opens the bag for me because she is so excited, and the first thing she pulled out was the NYX Gloss with a big grin on her face. Her favorite lip gloss is the NYX Butter Gloss in Strawberry Parfait. Yes, she’s 3, and yes, she has a favorite lip gloss. NYX lip glosses are some of the best at the drugstore, so I was really glad to see this in the bag. The next thing I saw was this eyebrow pencil in a universal shade. I don’t really believe in “universal” shades, but I will give this a try, even though I really prefer to fill in my brows with powder. This blue eyeliner is really pretty. It is a shimmery, bright blue color that I will be trying out soon. I think this would look so pretty underneath the lower lashline for a pop of color.
Realtree For Her Eau De Parfum 0.16 oz Value $1
Carol’s Daughter Sacred Tiare Styling Cream 0.5 oz Value $2
*Groan*…a perfume sample. I HATE perfume samples. I am really particular when it comes to scents, and I usually don’t like trying out new scents. At least this is bigger than those tiny vials, though. It actually smells pretty good, but to be honest, I probably won’t use this. The last thing is this styling cream that is exclusive to Target. This smells really good, and I have heard good things about this brand. I love trying out new hair products, so I will definitely be giving this one a go soon.
So, I paid $10 for this bag, and I received $26 worth of products. It wasn’t the highest value for a bag, but I will use most everything, and I am still very pleased with Ipsy.
Would you like a review or demo on any of these products? Let me know in the comments below, and I’d be happy to do it!
