Sexy Lips and Lashes?

Hey guys! I recently placed an order with Sephora…and I saw that this little set was on sale, so I decided to try it out. I have tried a few things from the brand Too Faced in the past, and I have liked them, especially their Chocolate Soleil bronzer and eyeshadow primers. So this set came with deluxe size samples of the Lip Injection Gloss and the Better Than Sex Mascara.

So, right off the bat, I really liked the packaging of this mascara. It is a pretty pale pink color and the brush is huge, which I really like. This mascara is really volumizing, but tends to clump a bit, so take your time with applying it. It gave me super long volumized lashes, and it didn’t flake off or smear during the day at all. It is really black, and gives a smoldering look to the eyes and really holds the curl. I am super picky about mascara, and I hardly ever try a new one that I actually like, so I was really surprised by how good this was.

I was really excited to try this Lip Injection. I have somewhat of an obsession with lip plumpers, and I just love the tingly feeling and how they make your lips look plump and full. I applied this to my lips, and HOLY MOLY. It started tingling at first, and then came the burning. I almost washed this off, because it was literally STINGING, but I decided to fight through the pain…beauty is pain, right? So I looked in the mirror after about 3 minutes, and literally my lips were HUGE, and not only huge, but they had a reddish-pink tint to them which I was not expecting, because the gloss comes off as clear at first. This stuff is intense, but it really does work. I wouldn’t use this for everyday, but it would be fun for a night out.

Overall, I am happy with this little set! I like how they come out with these at Sephora, because it gives you a chance to try these products at a much cheaper price than buying the full sizes.
