July Favorites 2014

Hi guys! July has come and gone, and I have some new favorite products to share with you all, so here we go!

Crest 3D White Whitestrips Luxe in Glamorous White – I have been using Crest Whitestrips for years, and I like to use them about twice a year to keep my teeth white. On a recent trip to Costco, I saw a double pack of these, and I haven’t tried this kind before. Let’s face it, if something is described as “luxe and glamorous”, I will want to try it. Anyway, these whiten your teeth really fast…like by the next day with two uses. They also adhere to your teeth really good and don’t slip around. They do make your teeth sensitive though- but hey, beauty is pain right?

Bath & Body Works Velvet Sugar Lotion – I am usually not into scented lotion, unless it is really good. This scent is that good, it smells fruity with strawberry, nectarine, pear, and apple, but also floral with hints of honeysuckle and freesia. So, in short, it smells freakin amazing, and it’s really moisturizing!

Zoya Nail Polish in Monet – this glitter topcoat is everything. It is a holographic glitter in a sheer pink base color. It looks pretty over ANY color, and it’s so different from any of my other glitter toppers. Love it.

Bare Minerals Original Foundation – I have a love/hate relationship with this foundation. I wore it for two straight years a while back, but I find myself always going back to it when I want a light feel for foundation in the summer. I really hate that it is a loose powder, but it’s worth it, it really is…even if its all over my carpet. It gives fantastic coverage, and blends in for a flawless finish. It also makes my skin look healthy and dewy, not at all cakey like you would think a powder would look like.

Rimmel Scandaleyes Eye Shadow Stick in Bad Girl Bronze – I love these eye shadow sticks! You can use them as liners or cream shadows, and they are so smooth and easy to blend. This color is so pretty and STAYS in the waterline! Hallelujah!

Sephora Collection Contour Eye Pencil in Summer Cruise – this color is soo pretty! It is a bright turquoise that I like to use on the bottom lashline for a subtle pop of color. It doesn’t show up super bright on your eyes, it’s just something a little bit special to add to your makeup look. I feel like this color is always on trend in the summer time to use on eyes. These pencils come in a ton of different colors.

Bite Beauty Lush Fruit Lipgloss in Mangosteen – Every color of this gloss is sold out on Sephora’s website right now, and for good reason. These glosses are so perfect. They smell delicious, and the ingredients are food grade, so you don’t have to worry about any harmful chemicals! This color is a sheer magenta violet color, similar to the radiant orchid color of the year. It’s a really nice color and I love the formula.

Here are some swatches of the colors:
