I recently made a trip to ULTA to pick up a few things, and I ended up getting a bunch of goodies. Some are old favorites, some are a few new things to try. I thought it would be fun to share what I got.
I picked up an old favorite, Garnier Volume Extend Dry Shampoo, just because I was out of it, and it is one of my favorite dry shampoos. I also picked up a new teasing brush, the brand is Wigo and I have purchased these kind before. They are inexpensive and help you to get some volume in your hair. I also wanted to try this Pureology Multitasking Hair Beautifier with 21 benefits for your hair. This leave in spray reminds me a lot of the It’s a 10 Miracle Leave in Product, which I love. The last thing I bought for my hair are these cute little headbands. They are thin and stretchy, and they are good for 2nd or 3rd day hair.
I bought some exfoliating cotton pads, which I like to use with makeup remover, toner, and nail polish remover. I also bought a new Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge because I needed a new one. This is the closest thing I have found to the Beauty Blender, and it’s only around $5. I try to replace mine pretty often. I needed a new Clarisonic brush head, so I bought the sensitive skin one. I don’t have sensitive skin, but I use my Clarisonic pretty often, and I feel like this one is less harsh than the normal one.
I bought three makeup items. The first is the Benefit Lolli Balm, which is a tinted lip balm in a pinky-purple color. It smells like roses and is really hydrating. Benefit used to make a tinted lip balm in a jar that I loved, and this is pretty much the same, just in stick form. I bought two new mascaras, Maybelline Rocket Volum Express and Loreal Miss Manga. The Rocket is my favorite mascara, and I needed a new one. I have heard great reviews about Miss Manga, and even though I’m not a fan of Loreal mascara, I wanted to give this one a try.
That wasn’t so bad right? I don’t get into ULTA very often, so it was fun to pick out some new things.
