Hey guys! Spring is almost here, and this month’s Julep Maven box included some great colors for spring. This month’s box was called The POP! Collection, and included three products, all of which I am super excited to try out.
If you are unfamiliar with Julep Maven, it is a monthly subscription service that sends a box to you every month. They pick the products for you based on a profile quiz that you do during the sign up process. If you prefer, you can actually go on the site when the collection is released each month and pick what you want to have sent out to you. I prefer to be surprised, so I don’t ever go on the site to choose or see the colors. It is $19 per month, and they send a mix of makeup and nail polish. Julep is a high end makeup brand, and all of the products you receive are full size. The formula of the nail polish is great, and the colors are always on trend. The first product in my box is the Julep Get In Line Invisible Lip Liner ($16). This is a product that I have really been wanting to try out. I can’t stand the idea of owning a lip liner to match every lipstick I have. With this liner, you can use it with any lipstick to keep your color from feathering and to help it last longer.
The next product is a lipstick. This is their new Light on Your Lips lipstick ($22) in the color Twirl. This color is very similar to MAC’s Viva Glam Nicki lipstick, a coral-pink color that is perfect for spring and summer. The packaging on this lipstick is superb. It is very sturdy and thick with a magnetic clasp. Can’t wait to try it.
The last product is a nail polish in the color Nayely ($14), which is a pastel, light orange color. This color is so pretty and reminds me of an Easter egg. I adore pastels in the spring, especially on my nails. What I love about Julep Maven is that they always send me colors that are different from what I own (and I have over 100 nail colors).
So, I paid $19 for this box, and I received $58 worth of goodies. Score! I love this subscription box and I always get a lot of use out of the products.
What did you get in your box?
