EAT | Chewy Chocolate Cookies

Today we are making the easiest cookies ever!  These are chocolate cookies made with cake mix that come out so chewy and delicious!  The best part about these cookies is that you can add anything to them – nuts, m&m’s, chocolate chips…whatever you like!  I will be using mini semi-sweet chips, because those are my favorite.  Let’s get started!

 What you need:

• 1 box Devil’s Food cake
• 2 eggs
• 1/3 c vegetable oil
• 1 cup chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet)

Combine eggs and oil in a mixing bowl.   

Add Devil’s Food cake mix.   

Add in your chocolate chips. 

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop cookies onto pan about 3 inches apart.  Flatten down with fingers.

  
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

 Enjoy! This makes about 3 dozen cookies.
