NEW | Maybelline Superstay Better Skin Concealer REVIEW

Maybelline recently came out with a new concealer that is supposed to be a concealer and corrector in one!  This is the Superstay Better Skin Concealer.

I picked this up from Walmart for around $7.50, and there are 6 shades to choose from.  I chose the lightest shade, Ivory, because I planned to use it underneath my eyes.

So first off, the packaging is pretty standard, a tube with a doe foot applicator.  I like the color of the cap, I think it’s really pretty and spring-y! 🙂

So, this concealer is also supposed to be a corrector to target dark circles, spots, and imperfections in the skin.  It is formulated with something called Actyl C, which is an antioxidant ingredient.  This concealer is said to last all day, and improve the appearance of dark circles, spots, and imperfections in just 3 weeks.

It says to apply the applicator to the skin directly, and then pat to blend out.

The only place I used this concealer is underneath my eyes, and I have been using it for about a month now.  I have not noticed any change in my dark circles (which I expected), but I am still very happy with this concealer!

It does a great job of concealing my circles, it doesn’t crease, and it looks fresh all day.  It also isn’t drying on the skin at all; it’s very creamy, but not heavy.  This concealer reminds me a lot of my NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer, but it’s not as full-coverage.  I like this more than the Maybelline Fit Me Concealer because it has more coverage and isn’t as thin.

I’m happy with this and I’ll continue using it!

Have you tried this?
