During those hot summer months, tinted moisturizers and lightweight foundations are a must have for me. A no-fuss, even-out-my-skintone, but still make me look pretty kind of product. Urban Decay just released their new summer collection, and it included this, the One and Done Hybrid Complexion Perfector with SPF 20.
It comes in a nice metallic tube with a pump, and the size is 1.3 oz, which is great- more than most foundations! This retails for $34, and comes in 6 shades. I wear the color Light- I am fair with cool undertones and this color is a perfect match for me.
This product is “an oil-free complexion cream with SPF 20, that instantly and completely blurs imperfections and evens out skintone for a result that looks natural”.
The description also says that you can wear this alone, over moisturizer, and for best results, to use their Optical Blurring Brush.
Well, I’m a rebel, so I just use the ol’ dampened bb to apply…I don’t need another brush.
The application of this is so quick and easy, and the product blends crazy fast. I use two pumps and gently pat into my skin. The result is a nice light coverage. This does not cover my freckles (which I’m fine with), but it does even my skintone and almost totally erases my pores. It really does blur the look of the skin. This is buildable, but you won’t get more than a light coverage.
Like I said, I don’t mind if my freckles show through- I actually prefer it. I think it looks weird to have freckles all over my chest, shoulders and arms and then have none on my face, haha. It looks completely unnatural on me when I do that. I just let those spots shine through! I used concealer under my eyes, but I skipped the setting powder- I like the finish that it gives. It really just looks like skin.

I really like this product. I LOVE the SPF, and it lasts all day on me- better than my beloved It Cosmetics CC Cream. This is very nice for my dry skin, it really hydrates me and gives a nice glow.
If you are looking for a new tinted moisturizer- give this a shot! I think you’ll love it as much as I do!
