Hello! Today I have a comforting creamy chicken noodle casserole to share with you! Lately I have been using my crockpot a ton- making soups and stews, and I recently made this recipe for my family (which I kind of just came up with one day) and I thought you guys would like it! Who doesn’t love a good crock pot recipe? Set it and forget it! 🙂
What you’ll need:
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken
- 2 cups water
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup carrots
- 4 cups egg noodles
Place your chicken breasts into the crockpot and turn on low.
Add in your cream of chicken and one cup of water.
Add all of your spices.
Let that go on low for about 2 hrs. After two hours, add some cut up carrots. I used about a cup.
After about 2 more hours, start shredding the chicken. It should be pretty tender at this point.
Leave that for about another hour, and about 30 minutes before you are about to eat, add the noodles and another cup of water.
Enjoy!
My girls LOVE this. I hope you like it too!
