Hello! Today I have a delicious recipe to share with you all. My husband J.J. really loves to grill, and is really good at it. He usually grills out every Sunday, and even sometimes during the week. In addition to burgers, sausage, kabobs, and things like that, he likes to grill chicken.
Grilled chicken can go with pretty much anything – a baked potato, macaroni and cheese, etc., but we really like it on a salad and even leftover. We always make our grilled chicken the same way- JJ’s special way! I guarantee that you will LOVE this chicken.
What you’ll neeed:
- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Cut all of the fat off of your chicken breasts and place into a large bowl.
In a small bowl, mix all of your dry seasonings together. He’s got a little helper.
Add your olive oil and mix together.
Pour the mixture onto the chicken and stir together until all of the chicken is coated.
Cover with plastic wrap and let marinade for a few hours- you can even let this marinade overnight!
Set the grill to 350 degrees, and throw it on!
Cook for 8-10 minutes on each side.
All done! Look at those grill marks 🙂
Hope you try out this recipe!
